Since Google launched its new social network dubbed ‘Google+’, the network has been like the hype in both the World Wide Web and in most social circles. The hype is still growing with growing anticipation as the world of social networking embraces this facility amidst concern whether it will beat the unrivaled Facebook in its trial to gain favor among networking lovers.

- Unlike in g-mail, the chat box in Google+ can be resized to custom size or to a size that well suits the user. The chat box can be resized by dragging on its sides.
- With so many share in a particular stream, your vital message may miss the eyes of your so beloved followers and hence, it is of extreme importance to highlight the keywords in your shared message. To highlight what you consider the keywords in your message, just begin the word with a star or * and end it with the same. The word will be highlighted in bold text in the chat stream for your clique to witness and your message will be actively passed. Another trick is by styling your words in an italic format rather than the words appearing in regular text format. You can accomplish this by typing - prior to and after what you consider the keyword in your text.
- You can point out your acquaintances and followers by use of @ or + sign in case you want to specifically refer to somebody in the stream of comments. You just simply type the username of the individual predeceased by @ or + sign and this will definitely tag the user.
